Printed silicone watch bands & case are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase
Debossed silicone watch bands & case are guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase
Standard leather watch bands & case are guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase
Made in the USA leather watch bands & case are guaranteed for 5 years from the date of purchase
Affinity Bands products are guaranteed from the date of purchase. Our warranty for watch bands covers defects in materials; and workmanship of the adapter mechanism and the clasp/buckle. Our warranty does not cover material damage caused by normal wear and tear, nor does it cover any damages whatsoever for the watch to which the watch band is attached, and/or any other items that are not directly produced by Affinity Bands. Our warranty also excludes any damages due to the improper use, alteration, tampering, dismantling or unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repairs, falls or collisions to our watch band or the attached watch.
Liability for Defects
Common defects to our watch band include issues with the adapter mechanism, and/or clasp/buckle failures. Defects do not include normal wear and tear. Defective products returned to Affinity Bands will be treated as if they were in perfect working order when they were shipped (all our products are inspected when they are produced and packaged). As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Consumers’ Association. Nothing in these terms will affect these legal rights.
Return for a Refund
A non-defective and non-custom watch band can be returned for a refund, if you return it to us without defects, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, within the 30 days of purchase. Refunds are usually processed within 10 days of us receiving your returned package. Refunds will not include original shipping cost and custom duties, if applicable, nor will Affinity Bands will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to our distribution center. If, for any reason, the band received does not correspond to what you expected, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to return it. Custom products are nonrefundable unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance
You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund for eligible items. If Seel Return Assurance is not purchased for eligible items in your order, then your order is subject to the standard return policy. You must follow these instructions to qualify if you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items.
Problems or Defects
In case you find a fault, defect, or other issue with the watch band, when you open the box, you should report it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please send us an email to email@example.com for instructions on how to return it and have your refund processed.
If outside of the first 30 days, and within the 1-year warranty period, you find a fault with your watch band for defects listed herein, we will provide you with a replacement product. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to our distribution center, and we will be responsible for shipping you the replacement. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to return your product, and how to claim your replacement watch band.
In all the cases, a returned product will remain your responsibility until received by our team. Therefore, we recommend that you use a shipping method that allows you to securely track your shipment as we are not responsible for packages lost during transit.
