1. CUSTOM PRODUCT ORDERS CAN'T BE RETURNED
Each custom product is made specifically to your specifications and as a result, your orders can't be returned. Item can be cancelled by contacting us via email or phone within 24hrs.
On the order review page, you will have a chance to review your design choices and make changes before you purchase. This is very important because a customized product cannot be returned and your purchase is non-refundable. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT before you proceed to purchase.
If you want to make a correction or just change things up, you can do so before you purchase. Once you are satisfied, remember to review your changes carefully on the REVIEW AND BUY screen because a custom product cannot be returned.
If you are confused on what the item is, please check the product for example images, and the description. If you are still confused, please contact us with your question.
* Debossed & Engraved products are cut, etched, or carved design on a product. Custom engraved image will be the same color as the chosen product.
* Custom HD Products are printed in full color. Upload your own image to personalize it. The product will print as close to the preview image as possible. Double check that the placement of the image is correct on the band.
Your custom product is made to order just for you and we cannot accept returns. The exception is if the product was made incorrectly. Please contact customer service at 248-688-9653 for information regarding a defective product.

Your credit card will be charged immediately upon placing your custom order. Look for an email when your order has been shipped.
If your credit card was declined while checking out your credit card may not be approved for the following reasons:
The name on the credit card does not match the billing name given
The billing address given does not match the bank records
