Ordering
What size should I buy?
Our comprehensive fit guide is available to help you find the perfect fit. Refer to our fit guides.
Buying a gift and not completely sure which size to choose? Gift cards are available from $10 to $100.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Processed orders will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Can I cancel my order?
Need to alter or cancel an order? No problem! Promptly email, text, or give us a call.
Please note that when a shipment notification is received, orders can no longer be altered or canceled. Shipping charges on returned orders are nonrefundable. Reference our return policy for no hassle exchanges and returns.
Shipping
Our current processing time is 2-3 business days. Shipping delay is expected, please order early to beat the rush. To meet the deadlines, please make sure to order at least 4 days before shipping date.
Standard USPS shipping is free on most orders between $35 to $150 within the United States. Additional shipping options, charges, and delivery estimates are displayed at the time of checkout.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Package tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
What are the Shipping Options?
Our currently processing time is 2-3 business days.
Standard Shipping(Free Shipping) - USPS First Class Mail. Normally delivered within 2-10 business days from when the package is shipped. Free shipping only applies to order $25 - $150.
Priority Mail– USPS Priority Mail. Normally delivered within 2-3 business days from when the package is shipped. Includes Saturday Delivery.
Express Saver– FedEx Express Saver Delivery. Delivered within 3 business days from when the package is shipped.
Home/Ground– FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. Delivered within 1-4 business days from when the package is shipped.
Two Day AM- Fedex 2Day Shipping with delivery by 10:30am. Delivered in 2 business days from when the package is shipped.
Two Day– FedEx 2Day Shipping. Delivered in 2 business days from when the package is shipped.
Standard Overnight – FedEx Standard Overnight. Delivered in 1 business day from when the package is shipped by 3:00pm.
First Overnight– FedEx First Overnight. Delivered by 8:00am the next business day after the order is shipped.
Priority Overnight– FedEx Priority Overnight. Delivered by 10:30am the next business day after the order is shipped.
International Shipping- FedEx Priority International. Calculated at checkout. Prices include duty & taxes.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping cost will be added at checkout.
Affinity Bands is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer
Returns
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

What is the return policy?
We have a 30 day money back guarantee on non-custom products.
Custom products are returnable for 30 days if you purchase Seel Return Assurance.
As long as the item is in its original condition, a return is set up within 30 days of receiving it, and you can provide proof of purchase, we will always accept the return. If the 30 day time period from the date of arrival has passed we still offer exchanges.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Email us at info@affinitybands.com or send us a message using the form below to get a prepaid label.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Your custom made products are made to order just for you and we cannot accept returns, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. The exception is if the product was made incorrectly. Please contact customer service at info@affinitybands.com or 248-688-9653 for information regarding a defective product.
If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items. You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here. If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is subject to the standard return policy.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Order shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order was not delivered on time. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returning Gifted Items
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds
What's the refund process?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund at that time.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
*Gift cards are non-returnable.
Late or missing Refunds?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
How do I exchange an item?
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@affinitybands.com with your order number.
Custom products are returnable for 30 days if you purchase Seel Return Assurance. Otherwise, it is non-refundable.
General
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google pay, Amazon pay. We also have the the option to buy now pay later through ShopPay or Klarna.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your credit card was declined while checking out your credit card may not be approved for the following reasons:
The name on the credit card does not match the billing name given.
The billing address given does not match the bank records.
Not following our guidelines could results in a cancellation.
Once an order has been cancelled, another order needs to be placed.
Custom Products
Each custom product is made specifically to your specifications and as a result, your orders can't be returned unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. Items can be cancelled by contacting us via email or phone within 24hrs.
On the order review page, you will have a chance to review your design choices and make changes before you purchase. This is very important because a customized product cannot be returned and your purchase is non-refundable, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT before you proceed to purchase.
If you want to make a correction or just change things up, you can do so before you purchase. Once you are satisfied, remember to review your changes carefully on the REVIEW AND BUY screen because a custom product cannot be returned without Seel Return Assurance.
Make sure your personalization follows our guidelines or the item will be cancelled.
If you are confused on what the item is, please check the product for example images, and the description. If you are still confused, please contact us with your question.
* Debossed & Engraved products are cut, etched, or carved. Custom engraved image will be the same color as the chosen product.
* Custom HD Products are printed in full color. Upload your own image to personalize it. The product will print as close to the preview image as possible. Double check that the placement of the image is correct on the band.
Guidelines
PERSONALIZATION GUIDELINES
We reserve the right to refuse any requested personalization for any content that is illegal, offensive, obscene, pornographic, profane, distasteful, indecent, immoral, derogatory, politically related/motivated, alcohol/drug/tobacco/violence-related, or otherwise objectionable, or any business names, logos, or slogans.
Any NCAA-related custom product, the below exclusions also apply (per the NCAA):
- No last names
- No references to current or former players/coaches
- No school/team names
- No use of the word "coach"
- No player's numbers
- No school slogans
- No celebrities or public figures
- No phrases that are inappropriate or racially insensitive
- No licensed images
By ordering you state your understanding and agreement that the personalization text entered is accurate and does not contain any restricted text, and that you own all rights, titles, and interest in any images or logos uploaded. Custom Products will go through an extensive quality control process. If any custom order has restricted language or names, the order will not be processed.
Returns

PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from affinitybands.com (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. Terms of sale - Custom
1. CUSTOM PRODUCT
Each custom product is made specifically to your specifications and as a result, your orders can't be returned unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. Items can be cancelled by contacting us via email or phone within 24hrs.
On the order review page, you will have a chance to review your design choices and make changes before you purchase. This is very important because a customized product cannot be returned and your purchase is non-refundable, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT before you proceed to purchase.
If you want to make a correction or just change things up, you can do so before you purchase. Once you are satisfied, remember to review your changes carefully on the REVIEW AND BUY screen because a custom product cannot be returned without Seel Return Assurance.
If you are confused on what the item is, please check the product for example images, and the description. If you are still confused, please contact us with your question.
* Debossed & Engraved products are cut, etched, or carved. Custom engraved image will be the same color as the chosen product.
* Custom HD Products are printed in full color. Upload your own image to personalize it. The product will print as close to the preview image as possible. Double check that the placement of the image is correct on the band.
2. RETURNS
Your custom product is made to order just for you and we cannot accept returns, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. The exception is if the product was made incorrectly. Please contact customer service at info@affinitybands.com or 248-688-9653 for information regarding a defective product.
If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items. You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here. If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is subject to the standard return policy.
3. CUSTOM PRODUCT PERSONALIZATION GUIDELINES
We reserve the right to refuse any requested personalization for any content that is illegal, offensive, obscene, pornographic, profane, distasteful, indecent, immoral, derogatory, politically related/motivated, alcohol/drug/tobacco/violence-related, or otherwise objectionable, or any business names, logos, or slogans.
Any NCAA-related custom product, the below exclusions also apply (per the NCAA):
- No last names
- No references to current or former players/coaches
- No school/team names
- No use of the word "coach"
- No player's numbers
- No school slogans
- No celebrities or public figures
- No phrases that are inappropriate or racially insensitive
- No licensed images
By ordering you state your understanding and agreement that the personalization text entered is accurate and does not contain any restricted text, and that you own all rights, titles, and interest in any images or logos uploaded. Custom Products will go through an extensive quality control process. If any custom order has restricted language or names, the order will not be processed.
4. SHARING YOUR CUSTOM PRODUCTS

5. PAYMENT OPTIONS
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon placing your custom order. Look for an email when your order has been shipped.
If your credit card was declined while checking out your credit card may not be approved for the following reasons:
The name on the credit card does not match the billing name given
The billing address given does not match the bank records

Printed silicone watch bands & case are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase
Debossed silicone watch bands & case are guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase
Standard leather watch bands & case are guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase
Made in the USA leather watch bands & case are guaranteed for 5 years from the date of purchase
Affinity Bands products are guaranteed from the date of purchase. Our warranty for watch bands covers defects in materials; and workmanship of the adapter mechanism and the clasp/buckle. Our warranty does not cover material damage caused by normal wear and tear, nor does it cover any damages whatsoever for the watch to which the watch band is attached, and/or any other items that are not directly produced by Affinity Bands. Our warranty also excludes any damages due to the improper use, alteration, tampering, dismantling or unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repairs, falls or collisions to our watch band or the attached watch.
Liability for Defects
Common defects to our watch band include issues with the adapter mechanism, and/or clasp/buckle failures. Defects do not include normal wear and tear. Defective products returned to Affinity Bands will be treated as if they were in perfect working order when they were shipped (all our products are inspected when they are produced and packaged). As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Consumers’ Association. Nothing in these terms will affect these legal rights.
Return for a Refund
A non-defective and non-custom watch band can be returned for a refund, if you return it to us without defects, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, within the 30 days of purchase. Refunds are usually processed within 10 days of us receiving your returned package. Refunds will not include original shipping cost and custom duties, if applicable, nor will Affinity Bands will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to our distribution center. If, for any reason, the band received does not correspond to what you expected, please email us at info@affinitybands.com for instructions on how to return it. Custom products are nonrefundable unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance
You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund for eligible items. If Seel Return Assurance is not purchased for eligible items in your order, then your order is subject to the standard return policy. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance and the Seel Return Assurance policy and return process here. You must follow these instructions to qualify if you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items.
Problems or Defects
In case you find a fault, defect, or other issue with the watch band, when you open the box, you should report it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please send us an email to info@affinitybands.com for instructions on how to return it and have your refund processed.
If outside of the first 30 days, and within the 1-year warranty period, you find a fault with your watch band for defects listed herein, we will provide you with a replacement product. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to our distribution center, and we will be responsible for shipping you the replacement. Please email us at info@affinitybands.com for instructions on how to return your product, and how to claim your replacement watch band.
In all the cases, a returned product will remain your responsibility until received by our team. Therefore, we recommend that you use a shipping method that allows you to securely track your shipment as we are not responsible for packages lost during transit.
